The staff were accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, a wonderful surprise after our long journey.
The room faced the main street, making it quite noisy especially with the bus stop right outside, which impacted our sleep despite the provided earplugs.

The mini brewery offers a good variety of ales.
It was quite stressful arriving and not finding a proper spot, and finding suitable parking was a real challenge. I experienced a consistent buzzing noise at night , made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, leading to a headache in the morning.

Family friendly vibe
Really enjoyed the friendly staff, they even checked us in early when we arrived! The breakfast idea of having it in the room is great, nice and easy without the rush.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, I'd say it's acceptable.

A quick and honest take
A hidden gem! The barman, Alex, was friendly and helpful. The mini brewery offers a good variety of ales. Our stay was perfectly timed for a nearby graduation, with public transport easily accessible right outside. The bonus? Delicious fish and chips across the street. Highly recommend!

The staff were really good. Great location for exploring Penryn and Falmouth.
Only wish there was a fan for the room due to humidity.

I had such a nice stay with a cozy room that was well-renovated and a relaxing informal breakfast with French press coffee. The sun terrace was a great spot to unwind, and I enjoyed the chill vibes in the lounge area too. The only small hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times, but it didn’t take away from my experience. 😊

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, very close to the centre of the town, Penryn shops and harbour and the pub/restaurant. I was surprised at nearby Origin Coffee Roasters, they had some goodies and drinks. I had the standard double room which was contemporary and nice modern with super comfy beds.
